Factors of labor effectiveness in oil processing industry (Russia, Ufa)
The article discusses factors of labor effectiveness in oil processing industry. Based on sociological data, the author distinguishes the reasons for low labor effectiveness, offers a correlation regressive model, and reveals factors conductive to higher efficiency in the oil processing industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan
