Transnational companies: retrospective view of the insurance history (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article discusses new principles in organization of insurance of transnational corporations over the last decades that were formed under the impact of globalization and internationalization. The author focuses on the experience of the largest international insurance companies, as well as insurance corporations with a complex internal structure. The article argues that a new model of insurance transnational corporations emerged at the beginning of the XXI c., and distinguishes its major drawbacks
