| The article discusses the impact of environment upon the risks characteristic to concrete insurance companies; the case of the Compulsory Motor Liability Insurance is taken as the central case for the analysis. The scheme offered in the article describes the nature of the impact produced by the members of the insurance market upon the particular components of the insurance fund. Special attention is paid to the risks related to the decisions of the regulating organs.
