| The article discusses the structure and the infrastructure of the regional economy in their mutual connection: the structure brings forth the infrastructure, and the latter reflects all the major characteristics of the regional economy. At the same time, the correspondence between the infrastructure and the regional structure is relative, and their interaction produces contradictions.
