Organizations in the sphere of services: strategic directions in the development of the infrastructure (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article discusses the strategies in development of infrastructure as applied to organizations in the sphere of services; special attention is paid to the use of the balanced system of indices. The author analyzes the components of the system proposed, and defines strategies and indices relevant for their implementation
