New political economy does not refute, but integrates classical conceptions (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article presents a critical analysis of the articles by N.A. Shapiro and A.V. Orlov published in №2 (2013) of the journal, which were discussed during a recent philosophical and economic seminar. Along with the critical observations, the author describes the content of the new political economy as a science integrating classical conceptions, whereby the two articles mentioned above are seen as steps in this direction
