Development of centers of innovative infrastructure in higher educational institutions (Russia, Ufa)

The article discusses three elements of the innovative infrastructure in a higher educational institution, describes their impact upon the innovative environment, distinguishes the advantages they created for the educational institution, and formulates recommendations for the further improvement of their functions
