| The primary industrialization of the 18-19th c. created market economy based on private property for the means of production and hired labor, active involvement of the new labor power, material assets and natural resource for the expansion of production. Transition to the new technological order, new paradigm of economic development, shifts in the social structure of the society created precondition and necessitated new industrialization, based on development and effective use of public production forces to create computerized and automatized jobs, global networks and delivery networks.
