Index analysis of the human capital in the agrarian sector of the regional economy (Russia, Kursk)

The article focuses on the contemporary scholarly methods of human capital evaluation. The author discusses sectors in the agrarian sector of the Russian economy where the index method of human capital evaluation is applied, and makes conclusions on the dynamics of growth of the gross human capital in the agro-industrial complex of Kursk region
