Organization of the process of labor rationing at the enterprises:
Application of functional modeling (Russia, Saratov)
The article presents a new approach to process of labor rationing with the use functioning modeling (IDEFO methodology based on SADT structural analysis). The advantages of this methodology lies in precise specification of all functions taking place within the frames of the labor rationing process, as well as the character of mutual connections among them, which allows to gain a full understanding about the functioning of the process under discussion, about information flows and the materials of high significance for the analysis of the economic performance of the enterprise
