Evaluation of the innovative activity of scholarly organizations on the basis of sociological monitoring (Azerbaijan, Baku)

The article discusses the role of scholarly organizations for the innovative economy, stresses the importance of evaluation of their innovative policies, and analyzes the results of the opinion poll conducted in Azerbaijan for the purposes of distinguishing innovation-oriented organizations
