| The primary industrialization that started in the middle of the XVIII c. signaled a transition from artisanal, manual and peasant production to machine production, whereas the new industrialization implies a further step to complex automatic and computer production, which serves a basis for transition from rent-and-debt oriented economy to socio-innovative economy. Opening of labor positions requiring high qualification will allow to resolve systemic contradiction related to the growth of chronic unemployment, especially among the young people, and social differentiation that subverts the position of the middle class.
