Models of national innovation systems: foreign experience and its adaptation in Russia (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article shows that innovative economics is an indispensable condition for high competitiveness of any national economy. The author discusses the decisive role of the state for the choice of the national innovation system and for the support of its implementation. Four types of the national innovation systems are discussed at length
