Article - Problems of Modern Economics

The article focuses on the reasons for inhibition of Russian economic growth, including unfavorable global economic situation, investment pause, the trap of the middle-size profit, restrictive politics conducted by the Bank of Russia and the Ministry of Finances. The author shows the weak aspects of each of these explanations and stresses the importance of reindustrialization for the acceleration of economic growth
