Article - Problems of Modern Economics

The article focuses on the formation of institutes of development as the key tools of the national innovation system in Kazakhstan and shows how the state supports this process on the organizational and legal levels. Special attention is given to the significance of investment possibilities on the part of specialized investors – both for the development of individual participants of innovative activity and for economy at large
