Topical questions related to Turkmenistan’s joining of WTO (Turkmenistan, Ashkhabad)
The article distinguishes the main problems emerging when developing countries join WTO. The author gives recommendations facilitating the resolution of these problems, in particular, based on the similar experience of other countries and the opportunities contained in the legal basis of WTO, and stresses that the national interests of Turkmenistan should be taken into consideration in the course of the negotiation process
