Directions and mechanism of technological transfer in Russian university education and abroad (Russia, Moscow)
The article focuses on the technological transfer developed in universities and creation of innovative products on the basis of the new technologies. The university center of technological transfer that plays the key role in the process is engaged in the following three types of activity: 1) licensing and transfer of patent-related rights, 2) establishment of innovative companies that convert university technologies into innovative products, and 3) attraction of all types of finances into technologic development. The author distinguishes the main functions characteristic to the centers of technological transfer and describes their functioning in Russia and abroad
