Principles of formation of the risk-management system and the outlines of the model of management of entrepreneurial risks (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article discusses organizational and methodological principles underlying the system of risk-management at an enterprise. The complex application of these principles allows to construct a model of risk-management on the strategic and tactical levels, as well as to group the risk management strategies and the corresponding tools of their realization
