The creation of a special economic zone in the Nothern region based on the formation of regional clusters (Russia, Yakutsk)
The article deals with development of regional spatial clusters in the Arctic and the Far North. It proves that their development in Russia, and, in particular, in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is one of the conditions for increasing the competitiveness of the regional economy, through the effective use of competitive advantages of the region, which has high natural resource potential
