Evaluation of consumer behavior on the primary real estate market
(Russia, Chelyabinsk)
The article emphasized the importance of research focused on consumer behavior on the Russian primary real estate market and offers a methodology for the study of consumers’ decision making based on the marketing research of various factors that impact this process (major parameters of the real estate object, sources of information, etc.). The model described was tested in relation to the primary real estate market in Chelyabinsk
