Internalization of science-and-technology developments and the role of transnational corporation at the present-day stage of global economic development (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article discusses the role of science-and-technology revolution for the global economy with particular emphasis on the domineering role of transnational corporations in this process. The author describes new forms of internalization in the sphere of science-and-technology developments and the global distribution of investments associated with this sphere
