| | | The article discusses the economic security of the regional development, describes factors of acceleration of innovative changes in economy and society as a whole, as well as the negative factors of the economic practice. Particular attention is given to the development of the new paradigm in the economic development of Russia’s regions, including the major systemic and structural approaches to the increase of the economic security. New industrialization is seen as one of the major measures facilitation economic security.
