| | | The article stresses the importance of co-financing of the social security fund in the present-day economic situation and suggests changes in the structure of insurance payments rates that better correspond the protection functions of social security. The author discusses ways to increase people’s motivation in social security, decrease of state financing, and describes the model of financing on the basis of parity participation of employers and employees.
