Perspectives of the Russian transportation system in the formation of the unified transportation space of the Eurasian Economic Union (Russia, St. Petersburg)

The article systematizes statistical data related to the development of Russian transportation system with regards to the growth of integration processes in the Eurasian Economic Union. Based on the most recent data of 2011-2014, the authors investigate the tendencies of transportation development in Russia along the key lines (general characteristics, labor, investments, finances), and presents calculations of the corresponding analytical indices together with the short analysis of the tendencies underlying them
