| Present-day military conflict, “color” revolutions, terrorism, financial and economic crises as well as other global threats prioritized the issue of security in geopolitics, sociology, ecology, economics, and science. Therefore, development of Russia’s anti-crisis program should be conducted primarily thought the prism of the country’s national security. V. Pareto, the founding father of the contemporary concept of social security, characterized it as three interrelated components: political stability, economic prosperity, and defense potential of the state.
