The level of the national economic security: index methods of the integral evaluation (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article gives an overview of the main index methods of evaluation of national economic security. The methodology of the Composite Index of National Capability and the National Power Index is described, and overview of the Comprehensive National Power concept is brought. Calculations of some indexes in relation to Russia and backtesting are presented. Practical importance of integral evaluations of economic security in applied economic policy is analyzed
