Tools of financial support for the development of the transportation infrastructure (Russia, Kazan’)

The article formulates and analyzes the dependency between the regional economic development from the effective financing of its transportation infrastructure and distinguishes the optimal scenario of financing of the transportation infrastructure that can lead to positive transformation in the economy at large. The authors develop a mechanism of step by step financing of infrastructural projects depending on the stage of its life cycle
