| The article applies methods of political economy to discuss civilizational specificities in organization and development of economy, presents evaluation of some stereotypical opinions and approaches in the sphere of ethno-cultural problematics of economic development, and focuses on the coordination of the universal politico-economical knowledge and its ethno-cultural and civilizational specification.
