| The article discusses the impact produced by the tools of money-and-credit policy of the Bank of Russia upon the country’s economic growth and the dynamics of Russian economy in general. Application of econometric methods reveals the low efficacy of the stimulating measures implemented by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in the period between the two crises (from 2010 to 2013).
