| The article focuses on indices of added value such as economic, market, and monetary added value and their role in the strategic enterprise management. Stimulation of the top-manager is a particular case of application of CVA monetary added value; the advantages of this method consists in the fact that top-managers lack the possibilities of taking such managerial decisions that impact the indices of stimulation, but go against the strategic development of the enterprise.
