| | | The article stresses the imperative character of development and realization of a range of measures to stimulate the economic growth on the level of micro-economics (economic subjects). The lack of qualitative approach in this direction prohibited both the exploration of the possibilities that existed in the Russian economy after the crisis of 2008-2009 as well as the maximal use of import substitution benefits in 2015.
