Reindustrialization on the basis of high technologies: Europe, USA and Russia (Russia, Moscow)
The article analyzes the reasons and the potential of the Western and Russian reindustrialization, and justifies the necessity of the new industrialization on the basis of high technologies and innovations as a necessary condition of the sustained growth of the Russian economy and its international competitiveness. The author stresses the role of the informed industrial politics in such a complex structural transformation
