| The article focuses on the stabilization of Russian economy in the context of crisis, on the degree of development of the governmental anti-crisis politics, and the practicability of the decreasing of the state regulation. Specific attention is given to assets privatization as an important tool of the state economic policy. The authors analyze the efficacy of the first stage of Russian state property privatization, as well as the failure to meet the obligations and the approved investment plans on the part of the new proprietors, including foreign business structures.
