| | | The article distinguishes precondition, conditions, and ways of formation of network organizational structures in the present-day context. The major factors of net-working are the spread of informational and computer technologies and development of innovation processes. Special attention is given to the principles of sub-contract as one of the predecessors of network-based economic interactions.
