Age-related aspects of motivation among the employees of the state sector in Israel (Israel, Jerusalem)
The article focuses on age-related specificities of motivation among the employees of the state sector in Israeli economy. The author looks at the dominating type of motivation in various age groups of personnel and analyzes the impact of age aspect upon motivational factors in the state economy of the country
