Specific features in the activities of Chinese transnational corporations in the sphere of merges and acquisitions (Russia, Moscow)
Rapid growth of merges and acquisitions transactions, initiated by Chinese transnational corporation, is a result of the growing economic power of China. The article discusses the sectors of Chinese economy most attractive for merges and acquisitions transactions from the point of view of Chinese companies, including stimuli and limitations of such transactions. The author formulates a forecast for the Chinese transnational corporation activities in the areas of foreign investments and the purchase of shares of foreign enterprises
