| Rapid growth of merges and acquisitions transactions, initiated by Chinese transnational corporation, is a result of the growing economic power of China. The article discusses the sectors of Chinese economy most attractive for merges and acquisitions transactions from the point of view of Chinese companies, including stimuli and limitations of such transactions.
