| The article describes the selection of strategy for the development of organization in the context of indeterminacy as applied to a shipping company. Within the frames of the model presented, the authors use the Ishikawa diagram that allows to distinguish the key relations among various factors and to better understand the process under discussion. The article evaluates the degree of mutual impact of developed scenarios and strategies. The major distinction of the model described, as well as the methods it uses, is that the evaluation of probabilities of scenario realization and the evaluation of their impact upon the strategy of organizations is conducted with the use of fuzzy-set tools.
