| The article focuses on the technological exchange as a factor of integration of the Russian Far East, which is justified by the concept of embedded spaces within the methodology of the systemic representation of the society as a complex of interacting spatial structures. Regional specificity of the technological exchange is marked by autonomy, the priority role of the defense industry (aircraft and ship construction, ship repair) of Khabarovsk region in accordance with the classification within the conceptual model of the political and economic system of Russia’s Far East.
