International finance system: specificities of development in the context of global instability (Russia, Simferopol)

The article discusses the nature, the types and the factors of development with regards to financial and economic crises, analyzes economic definitions such as “debt crisis” and “default,” distinguishes the reasons for the emergence and proliferation of debt crises in the global economy. The author analyzes the role of international financial organization for the overcoming of the global financial instability
