Limited rationality in various spheres of the economic theory (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article shows the importance of the limited rationality concept for various spheres of the contemporary economic theory. Inaugurated by an American economist Herbert Simon, this theory offers an model of a human being alternative to that in neo-classicism. This concept is most known in the behavioral economics and the new institutional economic theory, whereas the author extends the discussion on its importance to the theory of the firm, evolutionary economics, game theory and neo-classicism
