Motivation of employees on the state sector of Israel:
tendencies and regularities (Israel, Jerusalem)
The article discusses specificities of motivation of state employees in Israeli economy focusing on the dominating source of motivation according to J. Barbuto and R. Scholl. On the basis of Gerchikov typological model, the author distinguishes the major motivation type of employees in the state sector of the country’s economy
