| | | Based on the analysis of the scholarly literature, the author discusses factors and impact the effective activity of organization rendering services in the sphere of social protection of disabled children. Efficacy as such is a complex multi-faceted phenomenon reflecting, on the one hand the aims of such organizations, i.e. the correlation of results achieved and the costs of their achievement, and on the other — the actually produced effects.
