Form of property and personnel motivation (Israel, Jerusalem)
The article analyzes sector specificities in motivation of employees in the state and private sector of Israeli economy, as well as the impact produced by the motivation factors upon the personnel. The research involved 765 people between 18 and 65 years old, residing in Jerusalem and its vicinities
