| The article develops a model of innovations commercialization that not only takes into account the achievement of the final result, but provides the necessary information for the management to facilitate the selection of partners within a specific business model. The author uses marketing and project approaches to innovations commercialization, which allow combining theory and practice to reach the most effective results in business-process management and to get maximal profit.
