| The article presents the 10th and the final lecture the “General Economics” course. It discusses the regularities of the crisis, trade capital, loan capital, division of the average profit into interest and entrepreneurial profit (manager’s salary), fictitious capital or capitalization, land rent, factor incomes and their sources. The author defines over-accumulation of capital, normal profit, alternative costs, wholesale and retail prices, stock prices, land price.
