| Based on historical data, positive and negative politico-economic experience of the Russian state, the article discusses principles of political and economic impact produced by private persons and their organizations upon the public politics of the state power. The state is not the only subject possessing the tools of impact upon various aspects of the economic politics; the tools wielded by public organization (stock exchange committees, trade chambers, bank syndicates, industrial trusts, export unions, etc.) that conduct private economic activities in banking, stock-exchange, trade, etc. produce an impact upon the state economic policy not only through lobbying of the interests of such organizations, but also by the fact of existence of the separate right | Key words: economic politics, entrepreneurial unions and associations, separate right, state-and-private partnership, modernization of economy | Pages: 246 - 250 |
