Development of Eurasian economic integration in the context of accelerating global change: new matrices of e-economy (Russia, St. Petersburg)
The article defines factors of global economic change that impact Eurasian economic integration and its conceptual interpretation. The author describes contemporary network economy, stresses the importance of formation of the Eurasian Foresight-platform, and focuses on the steps towards development of scholarly and educational infrastructure of the Eurasian Economic Community with the leading role played by higher educational institutions
