| The article discusses changes taking place in the sphere of education under the impact of new informational and communication technologies. The author argues that distinctions among digital economy, information economy, economy of knowledge and new economy essentially bear terminological character. However, digital goods possess a material nature and may be accounted for and represented in a statistical form in economical and mathematical models.
