| The article focuses on the ways to increase the efficacy of strategic management in the enterprises of the tourist sphere. The authors define problems associated with analysis of the intellectual capital of such enterprises and discuss various components of this analysis, particularly structural, client-related and human-capital related. Development of the profit-based approach to company’s capitalization is discussed with regards to analysis and evaluation of the organization’s potential. This approach allows to evaluation the intellectual capital of a broad range of companies, including those in the sphere of tourism.
