| Based on historical materials, the authors analyze the principle of economic and political impact of private persons and their unions upon the state economic policy. The state is not a subject that possesses the monopolistic right to conduct a certain economic policy; entrepreneurial structures that use the tools of separate right legitimized by their statutes, regulations, foundational documents of banks, stock-exchange committees, share-holder societies, trade chambers, bank syndicates, industrial trusts, export unions etc., produces impact upon the economic policy of the state not only through the public lobbying of private interests, but by the very fact of existence and implementation of the separate right | Key words: economic policy, entrepreneurial unions and associations, separate right, state-and-private partnership, economic modernization | Pages: 74 - 78 |
